以独立学院为研究对象，分析教师教学质量评价方面存在的问题，结合需求确定独立学院学生评教指标体系；对系统数据流及数据模型进行分析；划分出系统主要功能模块；采用JSP语言结合SQL Server数据库，设计完成独立学院教师教学质量评价系统。该系统在山西大学商务学院投入运行。目前系统功能完备，使用方便，安全保密设置齐全，减轻了操作人员的工作负担，提高了学院的教学质量评价工作效率。
英文摘要：
Taking the independent college as the research object, the problems existing in evaluation of teaching quality are analyzed, the student teaching evaluation index system in the independent college is determined according to the requirements. The data flow and data model of the system are analyzed, and the main function modules are divided. The system is realized with JSP language and SQL Server database. The system was put into operation in the Business College of Sha＇nxi University; the system is fully functional, easy to use and complete security setting; the system reduces the work load of the operator, improves the teaching quality evaluation work efficiency of the college.
