大塑性变形技术能将金属材料的内部组织细化到亚微米乃至纳米级,从多方面改善金属材料的性能。简述了大塑性变形的原理与工艺,介绍了近年来出现的新型大塑性变形工艺。重点对大塑性变形工艺在国内外各个领域的应用现状进行了分类论述,包括生物医疗领域、储氢领域、电力交通领域等。最后指出了大塑性变形应用研究中存在的问题,并展望了大塑性变形的应用前景。
Severe plastic deformation technology can refine the internal organization of the metal material to sub-micron and even nanometer level which can improve the performance of metal materials in many ways. Principle and technology of severe plastic deformation are briefly discussed and a few new severe plastic deformation process in recent years are produced. The application status at home and abroad of severe plastic deformation are mainly reviewed in various fields including biological medicine, hydrogen storage areas, electric power transportation and so on. The problems existed in the application of severe plastic deformation are pointed out and the application prospect of severe plastic deformation are presented as well.
