针对改进型硅胶一水吸附式制冷机进行了实验研究,在热水进口温度为84℃,冷冻水进口温度为21℃,冷却水进口温度为30℃,回质时间为90S的工况下,本文研制的改进型制冷机获得了14.0kW的制冷功率和0.40的COP,制冷功率比之前提高了60%;引入温度参数这一无量纲变量建立起本机组制冷性能的拟合方程,从而方便地预测出制冷机在所有工况下的制冷功率和COP。
An improved silica gel-water adsorption chiller was experimentally investigated. When the hot water inlet temperature, cooling water inlet temperature, and chilled water outlet temperature were 84.0℃, 30℃, and 21℃ respectively, the cooling capacity was 14.0 kW, improved by 60% and the COP was 0.40. A dimensionless variable named reduced temperature is introduced to build the performance fitted equations, which makes predicting the cooling capacity and COP of the chiller at all conditions easily.
