对一种新型快凝高早强水泥材料——磷硅酸盐水泥的性能给予研究。该水泥以烧结镁砂、磷酸盐和粉煤灰为主要原料,其中粉煤灰的用量为干胶凝材料质量的40%。该水泥具有很高的早期强度,用于快速粘结损坏的旧混凝土,可在冰点温度下施工。由于水胶比较小和水化硬化后的特殊微观结构,该水泥具有很强的抗盐冻腐蚀性能。该水泥粘结后的旧混凝土可以快速发展强度。
A novel cement, magnesium phosphosilicate cement (MPSC) was studied. The main components of the cement are dead burned magnesia, phosphate and fly ash, and the content of fly ash in the dry binder is 40% by weight. MPSC has high early strength, which is very suitable for the rapid repair of deteriorated concrete structure. The bonding strength between MPSC and Portland cement concrete develops quickly. It also develops high early strength under the temperature below zero. Due to the small water to binder ratio and the special microstructure, MPSC possesses of higher resistantce to freezing-thawing cycle scaling.
