氮化硅基多孔陶瓷充分发挥了氮化硅陶瓷和多孔陶瓷的特性,受到全球材料界的广泛关注。总结了国内外氮化硅基多孔陶瓷的研究现状,概述了氮化硅基多孔陶瓷的制备技术,重点分析了氮化硅基多孔陶瓷的孔隙结构控制。针对不同应用领域对材料结构和性能的不同要求,指出孔隙结构的精确控制、不同相组成控制方法和降低工艺成本是今后氮化硅基多孔陶瓷的发展趋势。

英文摘要:

Silicon nitride based porous ceramics are subject to the global materials community because of the characteristics of silicon nitride ceramics and porous ceramics. The research status of silicon nitride based porous ceramics at home and abroad is summarized, the preparation technique of silicon nitride based porous ceramics is reviewed, and the pore structure control methods of silicon nitride based porous ceramic is analyzed. Based on the formula that different areas of application proposing different requirements to the material structure and properties, control technology of pore structure, control methods of the different phase composition and process costs reduction are trends of silicon nitride based porous ceramics in the future.
