With the increasing investment on information technology in the organization, academician and managers pay more attention on the impact of information technology on organization. The level of this analysis can be divided into individual, group, organization, industry and country. The author analyzes the impacts of information technology on the productivity, organizational performance, organizational structure and other aspects on the organizational level. Based on reviewing the literature, the author points out the feature research directions, which includes IT government and IT investment complementary factors.
