目的了解上海市金山区基层公共卫生协管员人员状况,掌握基层卫生监督管理现状,为今后建立规范化管理体系提供借鉴。方法采用整群调查、关键知情人访谈和专家咨询的方法进行。结果在上海市金山区11个社区卫生服务中心的32名协管员中50岁及以上人员最多为13人,占总人数的40.6%。岗位工作年限1年及以下为6入,队伍年龄偏大且人员更换频繁。协管员日常巡查上报信息准确性、及时性不高。完成工作积极性不强,考核扣分最多项为报表未上报为33.9分,其次为配合卫生监督机构工作不到位达26.0分。结论规范化管理及信息化建设是金山区公共卫生协管员管理的薄弱环节,应当采取措施予以加强。
Objective To understand the situation of public health assistants and health supervision at base level in Jinshan district, Shanghai, provide reference for future establishment of standardized management system. Methods Cluster sampling, key informers' interview and expert consultation methods were employed. Results Among the 32 assistants in 11 community health service centers in Jinshan district, 13 (accounted for 40.6% ) persons were over 50 years old, 6 persons have one year of working experience or less, as a whole, these persons are too old and replaced frequently. The accuracy and timing of the information reported by assistants is poor and with delay, and the worst item scored only 33.9, which is followed by the score of not cooperative with health inspection agencies, 26. 0 Conclusion Standardized management and information construction are the weak links in the management of public health assistants and measurements should be taken to deal with the problem.
