用甲基硅酸钠水溶液对岩棉进行表面改性处理,以提高其防水性能。对比了不同浓度的甲基硅酸钠水溶液对岩棉表面防水性能的影响。当35%甲基硅酸钠溶液与水体积比在1:8~1:10时,用于岩棉的表面改性,可以提高岩棉纤维的疏水性,降低岩棉的吸水率。并通过微观观测,对改性原理进行了分析和讨论。
Surface modification treatment to rock wool with an aqueous solution of methyl sodium silicate was conducted to improve its water-resistant property. The influence of different concentration aqueous solution of methyl sodium silicate on water- resistant property of rock wool surface was compared. When the modifier solution consist of 1 part 35% methyl sodium silicate aqueous solution and 8-10 part pure water, the surface modified rock wools have the lowest water absorption and the best waterproof effect. Finally,by microscopic observation,the basic principles were described and analyzed.
