英文摘要：

Scientific practices are an important pathway to promote innovation abilities of biology science major undergraduates. With the support of National New Ideas Foundation of undergraduates and Soochow University New Ideas Foundation of Student and Academic Research Project of Student, undergraduate students are trained to accomplish systemic scientific researches, including cultivation of research interests, trainings of literature retrieval, trainings of experimental design and skills, trainings of experimental result analysis, trainings of academic paper writings, and trainings of scientific research qualities etc, by the instructions of teachers. Scientific practices not only achieved students＇ s mastery,through a comprehensive study of their basic knowledge,but also promoted their innovative abilities to observe, discover and solve problems. In the past five years ,the undergraduates in the lab have published 16 scientific papers in SCI（E） source journals as first author or co-first author, and participated other 21 scientific papers publication in SCI（E） source journals. The total impact factors of these papers add up to 61.41.
