采用三种试验方法研究了PG82改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性能。结果表明,对于PG82改性沥青混合料,70℃车辙试验具备较好的区分能力,要求动稳定度≥3500次/mm;采用GTM试验时,GSF≥1.50,GSF≥1.05;采用单轴贯入试验时,中面层抗剪强度≥0.80MPa,上面层抗剪强度≥0.90MPa。工程实践表明,以上方法和控制指标合理。

Three test methods were used to research high temperature stability of mixture with PG82 modified asphalt. The results show that rutting test at 70℃ have a good discrimination to mixture. The dynamic stability should be not less than 3500 times/mm. In GTM test, the index should meet the target GSF≥ 1.50,GSF≥ 1.05. In uniaxial penetration test, shear strength of middle surface layer should be not less than 0.80MPa; shear strength of upper surface layer should be not less than 0. 90 MPa. Engineering practice shows the rationality of the methods and control indexes.
