Intangible cultural heritages are the important historical and cultural carrier of a city.To build urban culture,we should enhance the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritages.Professionals and special institutions are needed for the protection of intangible heritages.Therefore,it requires giving full play to the function of colleges and universities to talent training,scientific research,social service,cultural transmission and innovation.Although it is a new and small city,Langfang has tens of colleges and universities,a large resource for cultural construction and they should be fully employed for the protection of intangible cultural heritages of Langfang.
