小浪底枢纽进水塔前泥沙淤堵会影响工程效益发挥,甚至影响枢纽安全运行,当塔前淤沙高程超过允许淤沙高程值时,打开泄水孔洞,会出现孔洞不出流或短时间不出流的现象。采用正态动床模型试验,通过对不同淤沙高程值方案进行研究,分析不同方案达到淤积高程的时间,达到淤积高程开启底孔后出流情况、淤堵时间,得出小浪底水利枢纽运用后期,泄水建筑物底孔前允许淤沙高程值仍可采用187.0m的结论。
The silt clogging before the intake tower in Xiaolangdi could affect the effectiveness and even affect the safe operation of the huh. When the silt exceeded the allowable height of the elevation values, no flow or no flow in short time could occur with the drainage hole opened. In this paper, we use the model test of normal muddy water mobile bed. Basing on the different research programs of the elevation values, we analyzed the time when the silt achieve the siltation elevation and the stream of the bottom outlet when the silt achieve the allowable height and the clogging time by each program. It could be concluded that the discharge structure's allowable elevation values of Xiaolangdi could be determined as 187m in the later stage.
