采用热模拟试验方法,对TC11钛合金在温度为850℃~930℃,应变速率为0.001~1.0,最大变形程度50%条件下的高温流变应力变化规律进行了研究.在分析变形温度、变形程度和应变速率对流动应力影响规律的基础上,确定了TC11钛合金的高温应变速率敏感系数m=0.1688,以及温度敏感性指数S=10233,为钛合金高温变形过程的数值模拟提供了重要计算参数.
The law of flow stress-strain of TC11 titanium alloy at high temperature is studied using thermal simulation experiment. The experimental temperature is between 850℃ and 930℃, strain-rate is between 0. 001 and 1.0 and the deformation degree is 50%. On the basis of analysis of the influence of temperature and strain-rate and deformation degree on flow stress, strain-rate sensitivity coefficient and temperature sensitivity coefficient for TCll titanium alloy are put forward, respectively, m = 0. 168 8, s = 10 233, which will make contribution to the numerical simulation for deforming of titanium alloy at high temperature.
