实验研究了不同的浇注温度及冷却强度下振动激发形核对Cr17铁素体不锈钢等轴晶形成及增殖的影响。结果表明振动激发形核增加等轴晶的形核基底,阻止等轴晶的过度长大,提高铸件的等轴晶率;与冷却液流量相比,浇注温度对等轴晶形成及增殖的影响较大。
The effects of the vibrational excitation nucleation with different pouring temperature and cooling intensity on the equiaxed crystal formation and proliferation of Crl 7 ferritic stainless steel were researched in the experiment. The results show that: the vibrational excitation nucleation increases nucleation substrate of equiaxed crystals, prevents the excessive growth of equiaxed grain and improves nucleation rate of equiaxed crystal; compared with the coolant flow, pouring temperature has a greater influence on formation and proliferation for the equiaxed crystal.
