通过对30Cr2Ni4MoV低压转子钢非平衡组织重新加热过程奥氏体晶核形成和长大行为进行研究,探讨了低压转子钢的组织遗传特征。结果表明,不仅针状奥氏体晶核及针状和球状混合奥氏体晶核在长大过程具有遗传效应,而且球状奥氏体晶核在一定条件下长大时也具有遗传效应。
Behavior of the formation and growth of austenite crystal nucleus was investigated during the unbalanced microstructure reheated process in 30Cr2Ni4 MoV low pressure rotor steel. The microstructure heredity of the low-pressure rotor steel was discussed. The results show that during the growing up process of austenite crystal nucleus,not only the acicular austenite and acicular and globular nucleus mixed austenitic but the growing up of globular austenite crystal nucleus under certain conditions have microstructure heredity effect.
