以制度逻辑为理论基础首先提出研究框架,进而通过案例选择与数据收集,针对社会企业的成长机制问题展开探索性研究。研究发现,社会企业在市场逻辑、公益逻辑、理性选择逻辑的共同影响下,通过获取市场、联盟以及关系合法性,以实现经济层面与社会层面的成长。同时,不同类型的社会企业由于受到不同组合的制度逻辑的影响,其成长的合法性途径有所不同,成长程度亦有所差异。在单案例分析、跨案例比较进一步解构相关构念的基础上,提出了社会企业成长的整合性框架,为后续研究提供启示。
Based on the institutional logic view, this study develops a research framework and ex- plores the growth mechanism of social enterprises by in-depth case studies. The findings show that under the mutual influences of market logic, charity logic, and rational choice logic, social enterprises achieve growth at economic level and social level by obtaining market legitimacy, alliance legitimacy, and relationship legitimacy. Meanwhile, different types of social enterprises are different in patterns of legitimacy and degrees of growth due to the effects of various combinations of institutional logics. In order to deconstruct related constructs, within-case analysis and cross-cases comparison are conduc- ted, and finally , this study proposes an integrated framework of social enterprise growth and provides directions for future research.
