采用标准K-ε紊流模型和增强壁面条件,对全顶棚孔板送风模式下保鲜库内三维非稳态流场进行CFD模拟分析.模拟中将货物区视为多孔介质区,在对模型进行热力分析的基础上,引入局部不平衡能量模型.通过编译UDF程序修改多孔介质区域的能量、动量源项和进口边界条件,分别分析了空库和库内储存苹果时的流场及单体苹果内温度变化.模拟和实测结果表明:修改后的模型更接近实际模型,降温后期空气温度偏差为0.3℃,果品内部温度场分析的最大偏差为1.8℃;采用靠近货物区的局部孔板回风形式是最佳气流组织形式;风机、压缩机的双变频控制是有效的节能控制方式.
With standard K-ε model and enhanced wall profiles, a 3D CFD unsteady simulation model was made for a cool store with perforated ceiling air supply. In the simulation , the zone filled with goods was regarded as porous media , moreover , the local imbalance model was applied after the thermal performance analysis . The flow field and apple temperature field were obtained for empty and loaded store respectively by editing the UDF program to modify the source term of energy and momentum equations in the porous zone and add the inlet boundary profiles. By comparing the simulation with experimental results, it was revealed the modified model was close to the reality, the temperature error was about 0.3℃ for air in the cooling end. The maximal error for apple was 1.8℃. For different air return forms, the optimum air flow type was found in the outlet in the goods zone. The experiment under variable air volumes indicated the energy saving control manner was frequency conversion technology on compressor and fan.
