Pollen morphology of some species of Gesneriaceae from Guangxi were examined under scanning electron microscope（ SEM）. The most of pollen grains＇ shape is prolate,a few is sculptured or perprolate,but the exine sculpture of pollen grains has more types： reticulate,verrucate,scabrate,granulate-perforate and microechinateperforate. The type of sculpture may have some significancesin the systematic arrangement of Gesneriaceae.
