以图们江下游河流湿地和自然湖泊湿地2种典型湿地类型的土壤种子库为研究对象,通过野外调查取样与土壤种子库室内萌发试验,分析该区典型自然湿地土壤种子库结构特征,进一步探讨其与地表植被关系。结果表明:图们江下游河流湿地和自然湖泊湿地间种子库萌发数量及种类存在差异;河流湿地中收集到18个植物种的种子,自然湖泊湿地中收集到25个植物种的种子,在萌发数量上河流湿地也少于湖泊湿地。各湿地类型的土壤种子库与地表植被相似性均不足0.2,表明该区河流湿地受损相对严重,且湿地本身自然修复潜力较低,需要进一步提高对该区湿地生态系统的维持与修复意识,加强保护与管理工作。
Here, the comparative studies on soil seed bank properties of two typical natural wetlands of River Wetland and Lake Wetland at the Tumen River downstream were conducted, by field survey sampling and soil seed bank germination test. And, the relationship between soil seed bank and surface vegetation was further explored. The results showed that species and seed germination quantity between the two wetland seed banks were different. In the seed bank of River Wetland, seeds of 18 plant species were col- lected, whereas seeds of 25 plant species were collected in the natural Lake Wetland. For the germination number, River Wetland was higher than Lake Wetland. In both River and Lake Wetlands,similarities be- tween soil seed bank and the surface graft were all less than 0.2, indicating that the wetlands in this area are seriously damaged and its natural self-remediation potential is low. Thus, the consciousness of wetland ecosystem maintenance and remediation needs to be increased, and the protection and management should be enhanced.
