相对领导一成员交换关系(RLMX)是领导一成员交换关系(LMX)在群体内个体层次的相应构念,是员工个体将自身的LMX与团队LMX均值进行比较的差值,分为客观与主观两类。本文对RLMX构念的内涵、测量、影响因素、影响效果和作用机制等方面的研究成果进行了梳理,并在此基础上对未来研究方向进行了展望。
Relative leader-member exchange is a corresponding construct of LMX theory at the individual-within-group level and the difference in LMX between individuals and the group. It can be classified into objective and subjective categories. This paper sorts out the research achievements in aspects such as the connotation, measurement, influencing factors, effects and function mechanisms of the construct of RLMX. And it points out the directions in future research.
