大规模定制生产是当今最先进的生产模式,它成功的关键就在于动态网络系统是否成功。在这种生产模式下的质量保证系统动态网络中一个很大的问题就是少数据、贫信息难以预测的灰色不确定性问题。作者以灰色相对质量偏移,结合一个初步的灰色遗传算法对大规模定制生产下的质量系统动态网络进行了建模。并在QUEST仿真软件平台上的计算机虚拟环境中,集成了质量保证的灰色遗传算法,对花瓣型质量系统动态网络进行了仿真和实现。
Mass customization is the most advanced mode of production in modern times. However, this mode has two big problems in its quality assurance system's dynamic network, namely lack of information and grey uncertainty which is hard to predict. To solve the problems, the concepts of grey relative quality deviation and grey genetic algorithm were introduced. Then, a dynamic network model for mass customization manufacturing quality assurance(MCMQA) was built by using a preliminary grey genetic algorithm. Finally, the algorithm was integrated into the model, and a petal type dynamic network was implemented in the virtual environment of QUEST simulation software.
