本文报道了无序晶体Nd:CNGG的生长及其激光性能。采用提拉法成功生长了绿色、透明的大尺寸Nd:CNGG晶体。在He-Ne激光器照射下,未发现散射颗粒。在半导体激光器泵浦的条件下,我们研究了其1.06μm的连续激光输出性能。在8.56 W泵浦的情况下,得到1.52 W的激光输出。
The growth and laser property of a disordered Nd: CNGG crystal were reported. By using Czochralski method, Nd:CNGG crystal were reported has been succesfully grown, which is green and transparent. Observed under He-Ne laser, no light scattering was observed. 1.52 W, 1.06 μm continuouswave laser output power was obtained under the incident pump power of 8. 56 W pumped by a laser-diode.
