嗅觉通讯是昆虫与外界交流的重要方式,在昆虫选择栖息地、繁殖、觅食、御敌等行为中起着重要的作用。研究昆虫的嗅觉系统,有助于阐明昆虫个体间、不同昆虫物种间的化学通讯机制,了解昆虫对寄主的识别、选择机制,也可以为高效的昆虫行为化学调节剂的研发提供理论基础和可靠的基因位点,从而更加深刻地理解昆虫的行为,应用于许多重要的农、林、卫生害虫防治。文中简要概述了昆虫的嗅觉通讯及其研究内容,介绍了几种典型的昆虫嗅觉通讯分子机制研究进展。
Olfactory communication is one important means by which insects communicate with the external world,and it plays an important role in insects' habitat selection,breeding,feeding and aversion transfer behavior.Researches on insect olfactory system contribute to the explication of chemical communications mechanism of individual insects and different insect species.Understanding of insects' identification and selection mechanism to their hosts can provide theoretical basis and reliable gene loci for developing chemical reagent,and thereby helps to understand more deeply insects' behavior,which can be applied to many important pest controls in agriculture,forestry and hygiene.This paper gives a brief overview of insect olfactory communications and introduces research progress of several typical molecular mechanisms of insect olfactory communications.
