以TiCl4和Li4Ti5O12为原料,通过控制TiCl4水溶液水解条件,让Li^+离子嵌入Ti的水解产物中,原位合成了尖晶石Li4Ti5O12。通过对粉体进行XRD分析表明,水解条件对合成材料的组成和性能影响较大,控制适宜的水解条件可以获得理想的纯相Li4Ti5O12。经过800℃烧结后对合成的Li4Ti5O12粉体进行SEM表征表明,低浓度TiCI。水溶液更有利于合成高分散性的Li4Ti5O12粉体。
An in-situ technology for the preparation of spinel Li4Ti5O12 by hydrolysis of TICl4 in acidic aqueous solution was presented. TICl4 and LiOH · H2O were used as raw materials. Li^+ can insert the structure of hydrous titanium oxide to form spinel Li4Ti5O12 under controlled hydrolysis conditions. The products were characterized by XRD. The results show that hydrolysis condition has an significant effect on the composition and performance of the obtained products. Pure spinel Li4Ti5O12 can be obtained by controlling suitable hydrolysis condition. The Li4Ti5O12 powders obtained after sinterring at 800℃ were characterized by SEM. The results show that the Li4Ti5O12 powders prepared from the solution with lower TICl4 concentration have better dispersity than that from the solution with higher TICl4 concentration.
