在Hoagland培养液中添加不同浓度(0.1、5、10、20 mmol·L-1)的MnSO4溶液模拟锰污染环境,研究重金属锰胁迫对美洲商陆幼苗抗氧化酶系统的影响。结果发现,随着锰处理浓度的增加,美洲商陆幼苗叶片的过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均表现出先上升后下降的趋势。锰离子浓度在0.1~10 mmol·L-1时,两种酶活性随浓度增加而增强,而浓度达到20 mmol·L-1时则酶活性表现出下降趋势。这表明美洲商陆幼苗可以耐受较高浓度的重金属锰胁迫,可以通过抗氧化酶活性的增强来加速消除氧自由基,抵抗重金属污染的危害。本研究结果表明美洲商陆在重金属锰污染土壤的修复中具有潜在的应用前景。
MnSO4 was added into Hoagland cultivation solution with different Mn2+ concentration(0.1、5 、10、20 mmol · L-1) to imitate Manganese contaminated environment,and the effect of Manganese stress on antioxidant enzyme system of Phytolacca americana L.seedlings was discussed.The results showed that with the increasing concentration of Mn2+,the activities of CAT and POD in P.americana leafs rise first and descend afterwards.The activities of both enzymes increased when the concentration of Mn2+ was between 0.1 and 10 mmol · L-1,while decreased when the concentration of Mn2+ was up to 20 mmol · L-1.It indicated the seedlings of P.americana can endure a higher concentration of Mn2+ by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes to adapt the heavy metal polluted environment.The present study showed that P.americana is a potential candidate for phyto-remediation of Manganese contaminated soils.
