【摘要】目的探讨应用三维重建与逆向工程技术确立成人正常下肢机械轴线方法收集20名健康汉族成人志愿者(男10名,女10名;年龄18~22岁.平均19.3岁).行双下肢连续螺旋CT扫描,将原始.dieom格式数据导人MimieshmovationSuite14.0软件,三维表面重建下肢骨骼,以.stl文件格式存储,导入Geomagic Studio2012软件,通过曲面运算、拟合等方法构建股骨头、膝关节、胫骨平台及踝关节中心,确定股骨机械轴线和胫骨机械轴线。
Objective To present a method to establish lower-extremity mechanical axes by means of three-dimensional (31)) reconstrt, etion and reverse-engineering. Methods Twenty heahhy aduh volun- teers of Han ethnic group were enrolled in the present study. They were 10 men and 10 women, 18 to 22 years of age (average, 19.3 years). Continuous spiral CT scans were conducted on their both lower extremities. The original scan data in the . dicom fimnat were imported into the Mimics Innovation Suite 14.0 softwal~ for 31) reconstruction of models of lower extremity bones which were saved in the . stl fimnat. Next, the 31) models were imported into Geomagie Studio 2012 software before centers of the temoral head, the knee, the tibia and the ankle were defined and the mechanical axes of the tibia and femur were determined on the 3D recon- struction models.
