文章对输电网扩展优化规划研究进行了综述。首先根据近些年输电网扩展优化规划文献对扩展规划建模因素进行分类,从待选集因素、运行模拟因素、不确定性因素和电力市场因素、其他因素5个方面分析和总结了输电网扩展优化规划建模中存在的问题和未来研究趋势。然后介绍了当前输电网扩展优化规划模型求解和软件情况,最后总结了混合待选集输电网扩展规划、考虑安全标准的输电网扩展规划、多参数不确定性的输电网扩展规划、输电网扩展规划长期市场机制、标准化规划软件开发等方面的未来研究方向。
This paper reviews comprehensively transmission network expansion planning, analyses its state of art and leads to future directions. It focuses on modeling factors and introduces algorithm and software about transmission network expansion planning. It classifies firstly modeling factors, including candidate sets, operation simulation, uncertainty and electricity market based on recent literatures, and reviews challenge and future tendency of transmission expansion planning from these factors, then introduces emerging solutions, algorithms and software tools for transmission expansion planning. Finally it concludes future directions for transmission expansion planning, mainly decision of candidate set, security-constrained transmission network expansion planning, transmission network expansion planning for multi-parameter uncertainty, electricity market and standard software development.
