33 phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria were isolated from soil in eastern Qilian Mountains by PKO solid medium.In which,13 phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria had stable phosphorus-solubilizing ability measured with two methods.The ratio of D/d values ranged from 1.21 to 4.01 after 8 days in PKO medium and the ratio of dissolving phosphorus varied from 0.13 mg/g to 11.842 mg/g in liquid cultivate.In which,2-2-1 showed stronger ability of dissolving phosphorus.At 1% level,2-2-1 was significantly different with others.This strain had great potential for applications.
