传统的风险评估方法故障模式与影响分析没有考虑故障或风险模式间的相互影响关系。为此采用决策与试验评价实验室方法分析风险模式的净影响度,进而修正其初始评估的严重度。针对传统模糊集方法不能处理具有多个可选隶属度函数的问题,采用犹豫模糊语义术语和基于语义计算的方法处理严重度(S)、发生频率(O)、难检度(D)和决策与试验评价实验室评估信息。采用粗糙集思想将犹豫模糊语义术语集转化为区间数形式,解决了由于犹豫模糊集合粒度不一致带来的计算难题,并采用犹豫模糊多准则妥协解排序方法对风险模式的S,O,D进行综合评估。以某起重机故障模式风险评估为例验证了所提方法的有效性。
The traditional Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)did not consider the mutual influence relationships among risk or failure modes.The DEMATEL method was used to analyze the net influence degrees of risk modes,and then these degrees were used to revise the initial assessed severity of failure modes.To deal with the problem that traditional fuzzy set could not permit the membership with a set of possible values,the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term and semantic-based computation method were used to express and deal with the evaluation information in FMEA and DEMATEL.The rough set idea was applied to transfer the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set into interval-valued number to cope with the hard computing problem brought by inconsistent granularity among different hesitant fuzzy linguistic terms.The hesitant fuzzy VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR)method was used to evaluate the severity,frequency and detection of failure modes.A case study of failure assessment for a crane was presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
