The paper analyzes the network organization from the perspective of the analysis of factors affecting business incubator network governance performance of business incubator network itself and the environment from the perspective of business incubator network governance mechanism,through empirical research on the relationship between performance management,analysis,verification environment uncertainty management contract governance mechanism,business incubator network governance mechanism on corporate performance.The results show that the contractual governance mechanism and the relationship governance mechanism have positive effect on the governance performance.The environment is not sure to enlarge or reduce the effect of the governance mechanism on governance performance.In the face of high market uncertainty,business incubation network performance is better when the relationship governance mechanism is used.In the face of high technology uncertainty,the performance of the contractual governance mechanism is better.
