采用低温增压晶化法制备了掺杂型纳米晶TiO2。首先采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了4种不同成分的TiO2胶体(TiO2、TiO2+Zn、TiO2+Sn和TiO2+Zn+Sn),然后加入双氧水并迅速密封于耐压反应釜中,在100℃温度下反应后得到了掺杂型纳米晶TiO2。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)、光致发光谱(PL)等对制备的样品进行了表征。将制备的纳米晶TiO2组装成染料敏化太阳能电池,测试了电池性能测试,并对性能差异进行了分析。
TiO2 nano-crystalline with dopant had been obtained at low temperature and high pressure.Four different sols(TiO2,TiO2+Zn,TiO2+Sn and TiO2+Zn+Sn) were prepared by sol-gel method,then the H2O2 was added and all was sealed in reactor.The temperature was kept at 100 ℃ and the nano-crystalline were obtained.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction,SEM,UV-vis and photoluminescence spectroscopy.In addition,the Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) were fabricated by the nano-crystalline,and the cell performance was tested and discussed.
