在N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液吸收CO2反应机理的指导下,探讨了MDEA溶液浓度、反应温度和进气总流量对工业烟气中CO2吸收速率及吸收容量的影响。结果表明,当醇胺溶液浓度为0.03mol/L,进气总流量为46.6mL/min,温度为22℃时,吸收效果最佳,可达最大吸收速率0.43mmol/s,吸收容量为16.05mmol/mL,为动态法吸收CO2提供一定理论依据。
With the guidance of the reaction mechanism of CO2 absorption by MDEA, the absorption rate and the capacity of CO2 from industral flue gas were investigated, which influenced by MDEA concentration, the reaction temperature and the gas flow. The absorption rate of 0.43 mmol/s and the capacity of CO2 of 16.05 mmol/mL could be obtained under the conditions that the concentration of MDEA was 0.03 tool/L, the gas flow was 46.6 mL/min and the reaction temperature was 22℃. The experiment results could provide theoretical foundation for further research on dynamical method of absorption of CO2.
