以2004-2013年北京市工业企业31个行业为研究对象,构建投入——产出指标体系,运用DEAP2.1软件中Malmquist指数进行实证分析。研究表明:技术效率因素抑制了全要素生产率的进一步发展;规模效率的不稳定是技术效率水平低的主要原因;较高能耗、重污染行业而言,一些社会关注不足的低能耗行业减排技术效率水平偏低。
This paper focuses on 31 industries of Beijing from 2004 to 2013, constructing the input and output index system of their energy use, then using the Malmquist index of DEAP 2.1 to analyze. The research indicates that technical efficiency factors inhibit the further development of TFP, the instability of scale efficiency impedes the level of the improvement of technical efficiency and compara-tively speaking, the emission reduction technology efficiency of power-hungry and heavy-polluted industries which attract more social at-tention is higher than the one of low energy consumption industries which get less social attention.
