制备了3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩改性真丝,研究了单体浓度、反应时间、反应温度和反应液pH值对真丝改性的影响;通过各因素对真丝增重率、体积比电阻的影响,确定了真丝改性的较佳工艺(单体浓度0-3mol/L,pH值6,70℃反应12h),并对改性织物的导电性及结构等进行测试.结果表明:3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩改性的真丝具有优良的导电性能.
3,4-ethylenedioxy thiophene modified silk was prepared. The effects of monomer concentration, reaction time, temperature and pH value on silk modification were investigated. The optimal modification technology was obtained through investigation of effect of experiment factors on silk weight, volume resistivity (0.3 mol/L of monomer,pH 6,reacted at 70 ~C for 12 h).The electric conductivity and structure of modified silk were measured. The results showed that 3,4-ethylenedioxy thiophene treated silk had good electric conductivity.
