为了满足焊接过程中对复合电弧图像及多路电信号研究的需要,以计算机技术、LabVIEW开发环境为基础,开发出电弧图像与焊接电信号同步采集与分析系统。系统硬件包括高速摄像机、同步控制器、电信号采集电路、激光背光源、运动控制平台、工控机等,系统软件包括同步采集模块、回放模块和数据分析模块等。实验结果表明,系统能够实现复合电弧的电弧图像与多路电信号的同步采集、回放以及焊接特征参数的统计与分析,可以作为深入研究复合焊和各种电弧焊的有效测试平台。
In order to meet the needs of the study of composite arc images and multi channel electrical signals in the welding process, the synchronous acquisition and analysis system of arc images and welding electrical signals was developed based on computer technology and Labview software. The system hardware includes high speed camera, synchronous controller, electrical signals acquisition circuit, laser bacldight, motion control platform, industrial computer, etc. The system software includes synchronous acquisition module, playback module and data analysis module, etc. The experimental results show that the system can realize the synchronous acquisition of composite arc images and multi channel electric signals, playback, statistic and analysis of welding parameters. It can be used as an effective test platform for the study of composite welding and other kinds of arc welding.
