Cardiovascular diseases are still one of the primary causes of death worldwide,but the molecular mechanisms are still unknown.Nuclear factors κB（NF-κB）has plays an important role in cardiovascular disease,involved in a series of life activities including immunity,inflammation,cell survival,differentiation and proliferation,affecting incidence and development of many cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction,and heart failure.Here is to make a review on the role of NF-κB in cardiovascular diseases.
