叶轮超速工艺是压气机叶轮制造中的一种重要方法。以某柴油机涡轮增压器的压气机为例,采用有限元参数二次规划法结合多重子结构技术分析模拟超速预加载制造时压气机的残余变形。针对不同的超速转速进行了大量计算,获得了超速转速与压气机的残余应变和残余应力之间的关系,为压气机设计及加工工艺的提供了参考依据。
The FE parametric quadratic programming (pQp) method which is developed based on the parametric variational principle (PVP) is used for the analysis of a turbocharger compressor with 24 blades in the process of pre-overspeed manufacturing technology. It is seeking relativities between overspeed,residual strains ,residual stresses after pre-over loading overspeed. To save the time cost in the numerical computation, multi-substructure technique is adopted for the structural modeling.
