自密实混凝土的流动性对于工程质量具有重要影响,但对其流动性的研究主要以室内试验为主。采用宾汉体本构模型模拟现浇混凝土的流动特性,采用TruVOF技术追踪其自由表面,通过对自密实混凝土坍落度的模拟,验证了CFD数值模拟技术研究混凝土流动性的可行性。以一预弯复合梁浇筑过程为例,采用CFD技术研究了自密实混凝土配合比对浇筑质量的影响,研究结果表明:屈服应力是控制混凝土流动性的重要指标,其值越大则混凝土流动性越差,预弯复合梁的填充质量也越差;钢筋分布对混凝土填充能力有重要影响,其对混凝土流动的阻滞作用会降低最终浇筑质量。
Flowability of SCC ( Self-Compacting Concrete) has an important effect on construction quality.Laboratory test is a main method for the research on flowability of SCC.The Bingham model was used as constitutive model,with the yield stress and plastic viscosity as parameters.An TruVOF approach was used to track the position of a free surface.By simulating the slump flow test of SCC,the feasibility of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) technique to research fiowability of SCC was verified.With CFD, the casting process of a pre-cam- bered composite beam was simulated to research the effect of design mix on construction quality.The results showed.yield stress was the key parameter controlling flowability of SCC.The larger of the yield stress, and the less flowability and filling ability of SCC.The reinforced bars had an important influence on the filling ability ofSCC, and its blocking effect on SCC flow could reduce the casting quality.
