结合国内外对钢筋混凝土结构性能水平的划分标准并根据核心筒结构破坏特征及抗震性能要求,文中在现行规范基础上进一步细分,将钢筋混凝土核心筒结构的性能水准划分为良好使用、暂时使用、生命安全和接近倒塌4个水平;基于混凝土连梁及剪力墙构件的受力、变形及破坏特点,分别提出了连梁及剪力墙构件对应于4个性能水平的失效判别标准和变形限值要求;在总结国内已有核心筒结构抗震性能试验研究资料的基础上,得出混凝土核心筒结构4个性能水平极限状态对应的层间位移角限值,为高层建筑结构的性能设计提供一定的理论依据。并结合高层结构性能抗震设计理念,提出混凝土核心筒结构基于性能抗震设计中有关性能指标限值尚需深入研究的问题。
Combining with performance grades of reinforced concrete structures at home and abroad,and according to the failure characteristics and the demand of seismic performance of core wall structure,this paper divides the seismic performance of reinforced concrete core walls structure into four levels:normal service,temporary service,life safety and collapse prevention.Based on the force,the deformation and the failure characteristics of concrete coupling beam and shear wall,the failure judgment standard and deformation limit values are proposed according to the four seismic performance levels.In summing up the experiment study of core wall seismic performance of this paper and other domestic research data,the story drift angle limitation is obtained corresponding to these four different seismic performance levels.Finally,considering the ideas of performance-based seismic design for high-rise structure,such problems about performance index limit values still need further study about concrete core wall structures.
