目的探究青年良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者血浆中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和尿酸(UA)的水平及二者的相关性。方法收集102例青年BPPV患者及100例健康者的血液标本,分别采用荧光免疫法、比色法测定HCY和UA的浓度。结果 BPPV组血浆HCY和UA浓度分别为(16.810±2.873)、(361.174±84.335)μmol/L;健康对照组血浆HCY和UA浓度分别为(13.090±3.132)、(298.626±87.861)μmol/L。BPPV组患者HCY、UA表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示BPPV组HCY和UA表达无相关性。结论青年BPPV患者血浆HCY和UA水平均增高。HCY和UA在BPPV的发生、发展中起重要作用,但HCY与UA浓度之间无相关性。
Objective To investigate the levels and correlation of homocysteine( HCY) and uric acid( UA) in plasma of young patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo( BPPV). Methods The blood preparation of 102 patients with BPPV and 100 normal subjects were collected. The levels of HCY and UA were measured respectively by fluorescence immunoassay and colorimetry. Results The levels of HCY and UA in plasma of BPPV young patients were( 16. 810 ± 2. 873),( 361. 174 ± 84. 335) μmol / L. The plasma levels of HCY and UA in the common group were( 13. 090 ± 3. 132),( 298. 626 ± 87. 861) μmol/L respectively. The contents of HCY and UA in plasma of BPPV group were evidently higher than the common group and there was a statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05).Analysis of the correlation showed that there was no correlation between HCY and UA in plasma of young BPPV patients. Conclusions The contents of HCY and UA in plasma of BPPV group are remarkably higher than the common group. The HCY and UA might play vital role in the occurrence of BPPV in young patients,but there is no correlation between HCY and UA.
