设计了一种以单片机为核心,结合PID控制系统等外围电路的半导体激光器的高精度控制器.半导体激光器驱动电流精度达1.5×10^-5,长时间工作(12h以上)偏置电流变化小于1μA,温度控制精度达到10^-3℃.用该系统来控制光栅外腔半导体激光器,得到了功率稳定、波长单一的激光输出,长时间工作没有出现跳模现象.
A high-stability semiconductor laser diode control system,including the current driver system and the temperature control system,in which MCU is the core, combined with peripheral circuit such as PID control system, was designed. Of this system, the precision of current variation is 1.5× 10^-5 and smaller than 1μA in long time work (more the 12 h),and that of temperature control is 10^-3℃. Applying the system to control the grating external cavity semiconductor laser,issues of model jumping were solved and the output power stability was remarkably enhanced.
