以油菜秸秆(NRS)为原料,通过环氧氯丙烷交联、二甲胺改性,合成了改性吸附剂(MRS)。用扫描电镜和红外光谱表征了其表面形貌和官能团结构,研究了溶液初始p H值、染料浓度、无机盐离子等因素对吸附性能的影响。研究结果表明:在p H=3时,MRS对于阴离子染料(湖蓝5B)吸附效果较好,吸附量为235.1mg/g。盐离子浓度的增大对吸附有利,升高温度也可使吸附量增大。吸附动力学过程符合准二级动力学方程,吸附等温式符合Langmuir模型。
Modified adsorbent(MRS) was synthesized by nature rape straw(NRS),using epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine as cross linking and modification agents, respectively.The morphology and structure were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The effect of initial p H value,concentration of anionic dye,the ionic strength of solution on the adsorption capacity were investigated. The results show that MRS for anionic dye(Sky Blue 5B)have good adsorption ability at p H=3,the adsorption capacity is 235.1mg· g-1. The increase of the salt concentration is beneficial to the adsorption,and the increase of the temperature can also increase the adsorption capacity. The adsorption progress well agrees with quasi- second order kinetic equation and isotherm obeys the Langmuir model.
