化工过程模拟软件在化工和炼油领域有着广泛的应用,根据功能可将模拟软件划分为描述化工设备的单元操作模块、描述物流性质的热力学模块、对石油进行处理的石油馏分等功能模块,不同模拟软件厂商对这些功能模块都有着独特的数学模型和处理方法。为便于不同模块间的集成,欧盟制定了描述接口规范的CAPE-OPEN标准。本文对CAPE-OPEN标准、模拟软件框架结构、模拟软件开发步骤进行了简单的描述,最终实现了一款完全遵循CAPE-OPEN标准的模拟软件,并利用实际工艺数据对模拟软件进行了测试。
Chemical process simulation softwares are widely used on chemical engineering and petroleum refining, can be divided as unit operations which describe actual machines, property modules which describe material stream properties, and petroleum modules which describe petroleum refining. Every simulation sotiware company has unique models and methods to deal with these modules. For the modules' integration, European Union has defined the CAPE-OPEN interface standard. This article introduces the CAPE-OPEN standard, the frame and the development procedures of simulation software, and finished the simulation software according to CAPE-OPEN standard, then compared the accuracy with other softwares.
