目的观察常态下大肠经线下深部组织氧分压与微循环血流灌注量及其在针刺过程中的变化,探讨与大肠经线相关组织的能量代谢特点。方法沿大肠经脉循行线上取6个测试点,测试深度为皮下1.5cm。其中4个为穴位(臂臑、手五里、手三里、上廉),两个为非穴位点(曲池臂臑中点、手三里上1寸)。6个测试部位分为三组(臂臑—曲池臂臑中点,手五里—手三里上1寸,手三里—上廉),对每名受试者每次观察一组,其中一个水平为组织氧分压,另一个水平为组织微循环血流灌注量,每名受试者共测试六次。同时在各测试点内外1.5~2cm处各取一个非经对照点。连续同步记录氧分压与微循环血流灌注量60分钟,观察其在电针前、电针合谷穴时及电针后的变化情况。结果正常情况下沿大肠经循行线上测试点深部组织氧分压与微循环血流灌注量均非常显著高于两侧非经对照部位(P〈0.01)。电针合谷穴时,大肠经线上测试点氧分压降低与电针前比较有非常显著差异(P〈0.01)。微循环血流灌注量值呈上升趋势,统计学无显著差异。电针后氧分压与电针期间比较无差异,与电针前比较有非常显著差异(P〈0.01);微循环血流灌注量与电针前比较无差异,与电针期间比较显著降低(P〈0.05)。而两侧非经对照部位,电针时,内外两侧对照点的氧分压及微循环血流灌注量与电针前比较无显著变化,电针后氧分压及微循环血流灌注量也没有显著的变化。结论常态下大肠经循行线下深部组织中的组织微循环血流灌注量及能量代谢都较其两侧非经对照部位旺盛,电针可以使沿经组织的组织微循环血流灌注量略有增高并使氧利用率提高,能量代谢进一步增强。提示经脉可能是与物质、能量和信息的转换和传递相关的某种通道。
Objective To discuss the characteristics of energy metabolism in the deep tissues along Large Intestine meridian by observing the partial oxygen pressure and Microcirculatory Blood Perfusion of deep tissues along Lagre Intestine Channel under normal state and their variation during acupuncture track.Methods Select 6 testing spots along Large Intestine Channel,1.5cm beneath skin.Four of them are acupoints,which are Binao(LI 14),Shouwuli(LI 13),Shousanli(LI 10)and Shanglian(LI 9),While the other two are non-acupoints,which are the middle point of the line between Quchi(LI 11)and Binao(LI 14)and the point one-cun above Shousanli(LI 10)along the Channel.The 6 testing spots were equally grouped into 3 units from distal to the proximal extremities,Unit One including LI 14 and the middle point between LI 11and LI 14,Unit Two LI 13 and the point one-cun above LI 10,and Unit Three LI 10 and LI 9.In each test only one unit was picked out,with partial oxygen pressure testing on one spot and Microcirculatory Blood Perfusion testing on the other.There are in total 6 tests on one subject.Meanwhile two contrasting non-meridian points were adopted on the bilateral sides of each testing spot,1.5-2 cm apart.The two testing indexes were kept under observation for 60min simultaneously.Results Under normal state the partial oxygen pressure(P0.01)and the Microcirculatory Blood Perfusion(P0.01)in deep tissues along Large Intestine Channel are higher than that along bilateral contrasting non-meridian lines.When giving stimulus of electro-acupuncture on Hegu(LI 4),the partial oxygen pressure on testing spots along Large Intestine Channel decreased very significantly(P0.01)compared to that before giving stimulus,while the Microcirculatory Blood Perfusion increased but without statistic difference.The partial oxygen pressure after acupuncture did not have any statistic difference in comparison with that during acupuncture,but have very significant statistic difference(P0.01)when compared to t
