针对表面处理含金属离子及LAS等的电镀综合废水,采用Fenton氧化-强化混凝-UF/RO等为主的工艺进行协同处理。一类重金属污染物Cr,Ni在预处理设施出口、其余污染物在总排口均能满足GB 21900—2008《电镀行业污染物排放标准》要求,尾水回用率50%。实践表明,该方法是一种技术可行、经济合理的电镀综合废水处理方法。
Electroplating comprehensive wastewater containing metal ions and LAS etc, produced in the process of the surface treatment, was cooperatively treated using Fenton Oxidation- Enhanced Coagulation- UF / RO technologies.The first class heavy metal pollutants concentration of chromium, nickel in the export of the pre-treatment facility can meet "the Electroplating Industry Pollutant Discharge Standard"(GB 21900—2008) requirements. Other pollutants in the total discharge port can also meet the requirement. Water reuse rate is 50%. Practices showed that it is a technically feasible and economically reasonable method to treat electroplating effluents.
