为改善丝素膜的性能,用对苯二甲酰氯(DB)作改性剂对丝素蛋白进行了接枝改性。研究了对苯二甲酰氯加入量以及不同温度下成膜等对接枝产率的影响。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)测试表明,对苯二甲酰氯与丝素形成共价结合;万能电子强力仪检测表明,改性后的丝素膜其力学性能有较大的改善,当接枝率为6.8%,丝素膜断裂强度可达42.5 MPa,断裂伸长率可达5%。
The silk fibroin was modified with terephthalyl chloride to improve the property of the silk fibroin membrane. The different content of the modifier and the reaction temperature were discussed in the experiment. The FTIR analysis showed that the new bonds were formed between the terephthalyl chloride and the silk fibroin. Through electron mechanics test system, it was demonstrated that the mechanical properties of the modified silk fibroin membrane was also enhanced. When the graft yield is 6. 8%, the membrane breaking strength reach 42.5 MPa, and the breaking elongation may reach 5%.
