Along with the unceasing development of e-commerce, models B2C and C2C began to show trends of integration. By comparing the two models and analyzing the related empirical data, this paper tries to show the reader the shopping intentions of consumers, and holds that the possible future development model for network shopping is one of coexisting pattern based on direct sales to vendors, exclusive sales of major commodity the pattem, small and mediumsized enterprise platforms, together with a business model supported by modem communication tools, a variety of convenient and reliable payment methods, safe and reliable logistics distribution.
