建立牙齿组织以及牙齿、牙槽骨关联关系的三维实体模型,并对单颗牙齿进行有限元分析,为医学图像的三维重建提供理论参考和实践基础。利用CT图像的DICOM格式数据,通过3D-doctor软件重建牙齿组织的三维实体模型,然后导入ANSYS中形成网格模型,模拟咬合加载,计算应力、应变。建立了3种包含二牙根牙齿、含缺失图层的三牙根牙齿及牙齿、牙槽骨关联关系的三维实体模型,可以反映牙齿的表面形态和内部结构;采用相关临近图层替代缺失图层的方法,建立了完整的牙齿三维实体模型,没有缺失和不连续现象;上、下牙颌配对,能够清晰准确的反映牙齿的咬合关系。通过建立可视化三维牙齿的实体模型,反映牙齿的外形和内部结构。利用有限元分析方法,能够简捷有效的分析牙齿各部分的应力、应变,为临床应用提供理论依据。
To establish three-dimensional models of teeth and the association between teeth and alveolar bones. It also verifies the models by FEA on single tooth,so as to provide theoretical references and practical basis for the three-dimensional models reconstruction of medical images. Using CT image data in DICOM format,three-dimensional substantiality models of teeth was constructed by software 3D-doctor. The model has been imported into ANSYS. The occlusal loads were simulated and stresses were calculated.Three kinds of three-dimensional models were established,including two root of tooth,three root of tooth contain the missing image layer and the association between teeth and alveolar bones. It can be reflected three-dimensional structure of the teeth internal and external. The method of using related approaching layer to substitute missing layer,which could establish complete three-dimensional model of the teeth without deletions and discontinuities. Upper and lower dental pairing,can clearly and accurately reflect the occlusion of teeth. It can reflect three-dimensional structure of the teeth internal and external by establish visualization model. It can simply and effectively analyze the stress and strain of teeth by using finite element analysis,provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
