为实现大宝山矿塌陷采空区近区矿体安全开采和最大限度地回收资源,建立了塌陷采空区近区开采保安矿柱力学分析模型,得出了矿柱内应力大小与开采深度、采场高度及矿柱宽度的计算公式,并用可靠性理论确定了大宝山矿塌陷区近区开采合理保安矿柱尺寸。研究结果表明,矿柱宽度越小,矿柱内垂直压应力越高;开采高度越高,矿柱越容易破坏。结合大宝山矿塌陷采空区近区开采工程实际,推荐了不同开采高度下的保安矿柱宽度。
In order to mine safely near collapsed mined-out area and to maximize the recovery of resources in Dabaoshan Mine, the mechanics analysis model has been established for the security pillar near the collapsed mined-out area, from which the formula for calculating the inner stress of pillar and the depth of mining, stope height and the width of the pillar have been obtained. The reasonable size of the security pillar in Dabaoshan Mine is gained with the reliability theory. The results show that the smaller the width of the pillar is, the higher the vertical stress in the pillar is, and the higher the exploitation height is, the easier the pillars are destroyed. Different widths of the security pillars under different exploitation height were recommended in combination of Dabaoshan Mine's actual mining project near collapsed mined-out area.
