[目的]分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生体质量指数(BMI)与重要脂肪细胞因子的相关性.[方法]于2011年7月—2012年7月间抽取延边地区3 879名小学生(朝鲜族2 011名,汉族1 868名)作为研究对象,测量身高和体质量,测定清晨空腹脂联素(ADP)、瘦素(LEP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平.[结果]延边地区朝鲜族小学生BMI和LEP平均水平均显著高于汉族小学生(FBMI=121.07,FLEP=90.35,P〈0.001);汉族小学生ADP平均水平显著高于朝鲜族小学生(FADP=89.64,P〈0.001).延边地区小学生LEP和TNF-α平均水平均随BMI水平增高而升高,且升高趋势显著(FLEP=1 003.39,FTNF-α=14.55,P〈0.001);延边地区小学生ADP平均水平随BMI水平增高而降低,且降低趋势显著(FADP=66.27,P〈0.001).Spearman相关分析结果显示,延边地区小学生BMI与LEP和TNF-α水平呈正相关(r=0.428和0.130,P〈0.01),与ADP呈负相关(r=-0.195,P〈0.01);调整年龄、性别、民族和生物化学指标的偏相关分析结果显示,延边地区小学生BMI与ADP水平呈负相关(r=-0.149),与LEP(r=0.572)和TNF-α(r=0.137)水平呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.001).[结论]延边地区小学生BMI和重要脂肪细胞因子的分布特征呈现明显的民族差异;BMI与不同脂肪细胞因子均存在显著相关性,且与不同脂肪细胞因子的相关性程度有所不同.
OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation of BMI with important adipocytokines in Korean- Chinese and Han nationality pupils of Yanbian area. METHODS A total of 3 879 elementary school students (2 011 of Korean-Chinese nationality and 1 868 of Han nationality) were selected from July, 2011 to July, 2012 in Yanbian area. Height and weight were measured. Serum adiponectin (ADP), leptin (LEP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were measured after 12 hours fasting. RESULTS The levels of BMI and LEP in Korean-Chinese nationality pupils were significantly higher than those in Han nationality pupils (FBMI = 121.07, FEEP = 90. 35, P〈0. 001), and the level of ADP in Han nationality pupils was obviously higher than that in Korean-Chinese nationality pupils in Yanbian area (FADP = 89. 64, P〈 0. 001). The levels of LEP and TNF-α were with the level of BMI (FLEP progressively higher 1 003.39, FTNF-α = 14. 55, P〈0.001), and the level of ADP was progressively lower with the levels of BMI (FADP = 66. 27, P〈0. 001). Spearman correlation analysis showed that BMI was positively related with LEP and TNF-α(r = 0. 428, 0. 130, P〈0.01), and that was negatively related with adiponectin (r = -0. 195, P〈0.01). The partial correlation analysis after the adjustment of age, gender, nationality and biochemical indexes showed that BMI was negatively related with adiponectin (r = - 0. 149), and that positively related with LEP ( r = 0. 572) and TNF-α ( r = 0. 137). All the results had the statistical significance(P〈0. 001). CONCLUSION The distribution of BMI and important adipocytokines had significant nationality difference in the pupils of Yanbian area. There was a significant relationship between BMI and important adipocytokines, and BMI had different correlation degree with the different adipocytokines.
